Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We have multiple providers to better serve our existing patients, and to enable us to serve new patients as well. Call us today to schedule a consultation with one of our amazing medical professionals!

What insurance carriers do you accept?

We accept most major insurance carriers, including Medicare, SelectHealth, United HealthCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, EMI, Humana, Cigna, PEHP, Worker’s Compensation, VA insurance, and more. We always recommend that you call your insurance company to verify that we are in network with your specific plan.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We accept cash pay patients! Our cash pay prices are discounted, and we offer flexible payment plans that are tailored to your specific needs. We are happy to work with you to help you get the care that you need.

What are your hours?

We are open from 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Thursday, and from 8:30am to 1:00pm on Fridays.

What if I have an after-hours emergency?

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911. If you have concerns about a surgical site or biopsy site, or another urgent medical question, we have a 24/7 phone line that is directed to one of our providers. Please don’t hesitate to call our after-hours line at (435) 266-1666, and we will be happy to assist you.
